Messages may be processed through automated systems and, where necessary, reviewed by authorised personnel for purposes such as:

Messages are not publicly visible, but users should not assume that messages sent through Copped are inaccessible to Copped.

Certain records may also need to remain where necessary to preserve transaction history, resolve disputes or protect the rights of Copped or other users.

You should not provide another person's personal information through Copped unless you have a legitimate reason and the right to do so.
Do not unnecessarily include personal information in:

Where documents are uploaded as evidence, unnecessary personal or payment information should be covered or removed where possible.
24. Users Under 18
Copped is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to create or use Copped accounts.
If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close the account and take reasonable steps to delete or restrict the associated personal information, subject to any applicable legal, fraud-prevention or safety-related retention requirements.
